As an Independent Agent, you will facilitate that initiative by building relationships and partnering with an established team of experienced mentors to provide life and health insurance solutions to individuals, families, and businesses.

Qualifications
• Be ethical, honest, and enthusiastic with strong self-discipline

• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Be coachable, teachable, and follow a proven system for success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is helpful

An active Life and Health Insurance License is a plus, but not required.

If not yet licensed, licensing education is provided and we require your commitment to completing the required curriculum to pass the state licensing exam within 10 days. Once you've earned your license, extensive training is provided and advancement is encouraged. 

This is an independent contractor opportunity in which you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself.  All earnings in this role are performance-based and uncapped, with a tremendous potential for growth. This includes commissions, bonuses, and potential renewals for life - a unique advantage of the insurance industry. 

We have immediate openings for independent agents in Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, and Florida.
